The following conditions may be the reason why you are unable to log
into the game:
1. The game has not been updated to the latest version
2. There may be a routine or temporary maintenance, please look out for

3. The device is not connected to the Internet
4. The number of people on the server(s) has reached the maximum limit
Can I play MEGA MAN X DiVE overseas?
The game is only available in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore,
Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia, New
Zealand, and India.
Services are not available in other regions.
"Verification expired, you’re returning to the title
screen." appears when playing the game.
You may have used the same account information on other devices. Please
log in to play on a single device at the same time to enjoy a smooth
gaming experience.
Installation / execute
Can't install the game.
The following conditions may be the reason why you are unable to install
the game:
1. Insufficient storage space on the device
2. The minimum hardware requirements for the game have not been met
3. Internet connection is unstable
The game unexpectedly quits or crashes.
The most common and possible reason is that the device has insufficient
memory space or the device is running APPs that conflict with the game.
You can try to close the unused APPs on the device and restart the game.
I want to play games, but I don’t know if I can play it on
my phone.

What should I do if the character's movements aren’t
smooth and there is lag while playing the game?
Click the gear icon [Settings] on the top right corner of the main
screen. After clicking it, you can adjust the resolution, frame number
limit, scene shadowing and special effects intensity in the menu on the
left column [Graphics]. You can adjust it according to the needs of your
device!
How do I change the language of the game?
Click on the gear icon [Settings] on the top right corner of the main
screen. After clicking it, you can select [Game] / [Language] in the
left column and select [Traditional Chinese], [Japanese], [English], or
[Thai].
Can I play the game using an Android emulator?
In principle, the official game’s APK files can be installed on the
Android emulator. However, it is still recommended to use a physical
mobile device should there be a need for online money flow payment
services due to possible security risks when using third-party software.
Physical mobile devices can provide better protection of the account and
transactions.
Can't run the game using an Android emulator.
As there are different installation environments for each emulator, it
is recommended that you change the model of the mobile phone that is
being emulated to a newer model (if possible) and increase the computer
resource settings of the emulator before trying to run the game.

What's the difference between these five different login methods?
[Log in with LINE], [Log in with FACEBOOOKK] or [Log in with TWITTERR]:
Log in to the existing game data through a social media account.
[Login as guest]: This is a convenient login method for players that
have just created characters to start playing the game. If the account
is lost, the game data cannot be restored. Please bind the account to a
social media account or set up the account transfer as soon as possible
to fully retain the game data.
[Transfer account]: Use the 12-digit transfer account and custom
password assigned by the system to log in to the existing game data.
*Reminder: If you choose to bind your account to Twitter, it is
recommended that you install the Twitter App on your phone first to
prevent potential error.
Can I use [Login as guest] to save playing data?
If you use the guest login to play the game, delete the game or change
the device, it may cause the loss of game data. Please bind your account
as soon as possible to avoid this problem.
I use [Login as guest] to play the game, but can I restore
the game information when I delete the game or change the device?
When the game is deleted, the guest account information will be
initialized and cannot be restored. In order to retain the game
information, please bind the account.
How to set up a referral account?
1. [Settings] → [Account] → ◎ Transfer account [Settings]
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a secondary custom
password
3. After the game displays that the password was successfully submitted,
the current game data is successfully bound to the account and the
system will display a 12-digit alphanumeric transfer account
combination: please take good care of this information
4. When reinstalling the game or changing devices, please select
[Transfer account], and enter the 12-digit transfer account along with
the custom password.
Can I delete or change the account that I have bound?
1. Go to Settings -> Account
2. Tap on the social networking account you have chosen
3. When the unbind window pops up, choose "Yes" to unbind your account
4. You can do this again to bind on a different account
What can I do if I cannot use a social media account that
is bound to the game?
If your account was locked and cannot play the game due to forgetting
your social media account’s login details and the same goes for accounts
created on other platforms, the customer service center cannot confirm
the usage status of accounts on other platforms. Therefore, we ask that
you provide the details of your social media account to the service
personnel for confirmation. For example: if you cannot login without
your FACEBOOK account, please contact FACEBOOK’s customer service
support.
If the social media account restrictions cannot be lifted, you will not

When you register your credit card information for the first time, you

[IOS] How can you confirm the payment history of iOS?
Using an iOS mobile device to confirm an App Store order:

3. View [Apple ID]
4. You may be asked to log in to your Apple ID (You can skip this step
if you are already logged in)

Why are the prices of iOS and Android products different?

Since the App Store has fully increased the tax rates for "In-App
Purchased Products" in Taiwan since May 2nd, 2019, the price of
elemental metal items viewed by iOS users "in-game" will be displayed
with the latest exchange rate.
Didn't receive in-app purchases after submitting
payment(s).
If the network connection used is lagging, momentarily disconnected, or
there are issues with the payment information and errors with
transmitting information on the payment platform, the delivery of the
product may be delayed. It is recommended that players close the game
completely and then log in again to confirm if the purchase was
completed.
If you haven’t received the product after logging into the game again,
please attach a screenshot of the purchase order through [Report Issue],
so that the customer service staff can query and process your issue.

Common reasons for a credit card being declined are:
1. The entered card number or verification code (CVC) is incorrect,

[Android] How do you confirm Google's payment history?
The contents of the payment through Google Play can be confirmed in
Google Pay. The steps are as follows:

How do I change weapons?
Select the Main Interface / Equipment / Weapons
1. Select the desired weapon
2. Press Equipment, choose the Equipment slot of primary weapon or
secondary weapon. You can freely select your primary and secondary
weapons in subsequent battles
The character is in a combat state. Take the default is [Control→TYPE 1]
as an example, you can change it by clicking the weapon icon under the
character's blood bar on the left side of the screen.
How do I improve my combat power?
After clicking on the Main Interface of the game [Total Power], there
will be instructions for increasing the 6 major combat powers. Click one
the one based on your needs, and work hard to increase your combat
power!
I want to receive game notifications when my research has
been completed
Click the gear icon [Settings] on the top right corner of the main
screen, and then click [Push] in the menu on the left column. There
currently are three types of notifications that can be selected: [AP
full], [EP full], and [Research].
Can I use a Bluetooth game controller?
The steps for setting up a Bluetooth controller are as follows:
1. After the controller has been paired with the phone via Bluetooth,
click the gear icon on the top right corner of the main screen
[Settings].
2. Select [Game]-> Enter [Control] and set up the corresponding buttons
on the controller.
You can use the controller after setting it up.
How do I leave the ride armor after getting into it?
Press the change weapon button. The button originally displays a weapons
icon, but it will change to the image of a character when it is situated
in a ride armor. Press that button to jump out of the ride armor
How do I obtain weapon proficiency?
Click the weapon [Upgrade] / [Proficiency conversion] to open the
conversion window. Weapon proficiency can be converted using a
Proficiency Memory Card, which can be used for converted proficiency
based on personal needs.
Why can't we increase the weapon’s proficiency anymore?
The requirement for each proficiency level is the weapon’s level. If you
cannot upgrade it, you can go to the [Level Up] interface first and
after upgrading the weapon, head over to the [Upgrade] interface.
I clearly have Weapon Memories, but why can’t I see them?
Click the [Equip] / [Weapon] interface, select [Sort & Filter] in the
upper right corner, Check [All] for possessed items and you’ll be able
to see the weapons and weapon memories that is currently in the
character’s possession.
When all of the Zeny has been used up to enhance the
weapons or skills, use the elemental metals on the top of the screen to
directly purchase Zeny. The amount of Zeny increases after making the
purchase, but the amount of Zeny displayed in the required materials part
didn’t increase.
Please press the house icon in the upper right corner to return to the
[homepage] screen, and then re-enter the weapon or skill page for the
system to update the displayed amount on the page!
When does the Arena reward reset?
Daily reward: 04:00(UTC+8) each day
Weekly reward: 04:00(UTC+8) each Monday
At what time does a day cross over to the next in the
game?
What is Backup?
When you set a weapon as backup, its relevant stats will be converted
and add to your overall battle power based on factors such as the level
and upgrade of your backup slot, your ability conversion rate and so
forth.
Why can't I choose certain weapons to be equipped as
backup weapon?
You will not be able to select and equip a weapon in the backup slot
when:
1.It is currently being equipped as your Main or Sub weapon;
2.It is already being equipped as your backup weapon.
How do I collect Card Gallery experience?
When you get a new card, please go to the Card Gallery first to collect
the experience from it. This will prevent you from being unable to
collect it later when the card is sold or in use.
How does the luck attribute in
weapon upgrade work?
It will affect the drop rate of loot you get by clearing a stage. Please
note that it only works on the Main or Sub weapon you equip.
Events
Why did the reward letter sent by the event disappear
before I could collect the rewards?
The reward items from the event sent by letter have a collection
deadline, which is based on the contents of the event.
The letter will disappear after the deadline. Please pay attention to
the mail collection deadlines and complete the collection as soon as
possible.
How do I know what events are being held now?
There is a small arrow menu on the left side of the game’s main
interface. Click on it and select [Current Event] and you will know what
online events currently being held in the game.
How can I get the "ROG Limited Commemorative Weapon"?
1. Purchase a ROG series smartphone and play "MEGAMAN X DiVE" to receive
a complementary ROG - Hunter Buster
2. We will review the list of eligible players each month and send out
the weapon to their in-game mailbox during the routine maintenance that
happens in the first week of the following month
Missions / Levels
How do I obtain Mission Rewards?
Click [Mission] on the game’s main interface, which is divided into
three categories:
1. Daily
2. Achievement
3. Monthly Activity
Complete the missions according to the explanations for each mission
type to obtain a lot of rewards!
What can I do if I don’t have enough AP?
You can get AP rewards for participating in daily missions! Or you can
use the Element Metals to purchase AP! There is no need to worry about
running out of AP!!
During missions, I sometimes see spheres that are purple,
green, yellow, and spheres of other colors. What do they do?
They are hidden items that allow characters to gain different buffs
(based on the colors) when possessing them.
There is no way ahead during the mission, what should I
do?
It could be special terrain, please try to climb it by “Wall Jumping” by
pressing the direction key facing the wall and pressing the jump key at
the same time, hold down the jump and crouch keys.
What's the point of having three stars under each story
mission’s level number?
Each star represents the number of certain clearance conditions reached.
When you complete the mission with three stars, you unlock the
auto-clear and you can obtain special rewards after accumulating a
certain number of stars! Please work hard to clear every mission with
three stars!
Am I only allowed to auto-aim when playing missions?
Hold down and drag the weapon button to manually adjust your aim, you
can also tap specific monsters to lock on to them!
I clearly completed the daily mission, but why has the
progress been reset to zero?
The daily mission is reset at 4:00 a.m. every day, please take the time
to complete the specified goals and collect the rewards!
Do character and weapon usage / proficiency increase when
auto-clearing levels?
but you will acquire Proficient Memory Card providing 25% of the
proficiency from stage clear.
How do I get EP from event stages?
You can get EP either through events or simply purchasing it. Once you
reach the EP limit through collecting/purchasing, you will no longer be
able to do so.
Why can't I play as a particular character?
When you reach your character card limit, you will no longer be able to
challenge a stage or compete in the Arena even though you can still get
cards. You can reduce the number of cards you no longer need by using
them to boost other cards or selling them.
I bought a Daily Boost Pack/Daily AP Pack/Daily Drop Pack
but I am not getting extra EXP/item drops after clearing stages and BOSS
challenges.
When you clear a stage or BOSS Challenge for the first time, you will
receive significantly more loot compared to a normal stage. However, any
EXP/item drop boost will not apply to the first time you clear a
stage/BOSS Challenge.
Equipment / Items
Can equipment and items in the game be traded?
Currently, players cannot make trades amongst each other for various
in-game items and equipment.
My character's items disappeared after I logged into the
game, what should I do?
If there is an unknown reason and the game item(s) suddenly disappear,
please provide the following information in detail through [Report a
problem]:
1. Equipment Item Name
2. Time last seen
3. Time of disappearance
When we receive your report, a specialist will look into your issue.
How do I obtain armor for the character?
Select [DiVE] / [Co-op], there are two chances to get rewards every day
and obtain Armor Parts, and then use [Armor Synthesis] to obtain armor.
Remember to join other players' rooms to make things easier!
I clearly used "Proficiency Memory Cards" for converting
and obtaining weapon proficiency, but why don’t I have any proficiency when
modifying other weapons?
The weapon proficiency obtained from [Modify] / [Proficiency Conversion]
is only available for that weapon.
I went through so much to enhance the armor value to a
certain level, but when do I have to redo the enhancement process when
equipping a new piece of armor?
When equipping a new piece of armor, the armor’s enhancement value will
be inherited. Therefore, you won't have to worry about materials wasted
on the previous pieces of armor!
Character and Weapon Patch Program Instructions
When you receive duplicate characters or weapons, the system will
automatically transform the items into “patch programs”. For more

What advantages does Chip Analyze offer?
When you analyze a chipset, you can get its ability bonus even if it is
not equipped on your weapon.
Why did I not receive my title even though I have already
met the requirements for it?
Please note that you need to go to Mission → Achievement →Title and
manually claim the titles you have unlocked so that it will show up in
the Player information → Personalize interface.
Characters
How do I search for Character IDs?
1. You can search for Character IDs in the menu to the left of the lower
right corner of the Server page
2. Click on the circular level icon on the top left of the main screen
to enter the player information page
This ID cannot be changed
Can unused characters and weapons be left there untouched
and not leveled up?
The player's total combat power will also grow based on the progress of
the weapon and hunter's program guide. Therefore, the leveling of unused
weapons and characters will also increase combat power.
