Players should promptly report to officials when they discover a bug in the game. For example, if a player uses the bug(s), loopholes, rules that are incomprehensive or other abnormal ways to play the game to cause the electromagnetic data to malfunction or exhibit any profit-generating behavior, officials have the right to suspend all associated related accounts without prior notice after making verifications of such accusations to maintain the fairness of the game. Officials will retract all relevant benefits, modify the electromagnetic data and reset it to the correct status according to the officials. If the player’s in-game behavior is controversial in terms of their involvement in using BUGs, the officials have the right to temporarily suspend the player’s right to use the account, and ask the players to cooperate with providing an explanation.

The company reserves the right to modify, add or take away segments from the aforementioned management rules and regulations at any time. If there are any changes in this set of management regulations, the changes will be announced on the official website of Capcom Taiwan and the official website of each game. Players should pay attention to the announcements on the official websites at all times.

Members are required to abide by the rules and regulations. If there is a violation of the aforementioned rules and regulations, the company can permanently or temporarily suspend all or partial rights for the usage of services by members based on the severity of the circumstances, and announce the suspensions on the members’ platform. If it was a severe violation, all game accounts using the same IP login will also be terminated in addition to the account with the violation and the company will recover all relevant electromagnetic records. The player must bear all associated losses and responsibilities, and cannot claim compensation or return any stored values in the account(s).

In the event of violations that infringe the balance of the game, the rights and interests of other players or the company not covered or regulated by the aforementioned management rules and regulations, officials will handle the situation(s) based on their judgement on its severity.
