《ROCKMAN X DiVE》will be shutting down on September 27, 2023, we would like to inform you about the process of refunding the unused "Paid Element Metal".

Refund Application Period
Starts at October 3, 2023 (Tue) 12:00 (UTC+8), and ends at December 31, 2023 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+8).

Corresponding prop items open for refund
The server will shut down on September 27, 2023, at 12:00, and all unused "Paid Element Metal" on record at the time of shutdown will be eligible for a refund.

Refund Application Method (2023/09/27 Updated)
After the server is turned on on October 03, 2023 (Tue) 12:00 (UTC+8), please enter the game application and click on the "Refund" option in the "Menu" in the bottom right corner of the title screen to enter the unused "Paid Element Metal" inquiry and refund application system.
After entering the system, please select your location first and follow the instructions to apply for a refund.
For Taiwan Players:
Please click the "Taiwan Players" button to enter the refund system.
Please read the instructions carefully and check the status of the remaining Paid Element Metals in your account, then click "Download Refund Application Form" (退費申請表下載).
Please print out the application form, fill in your information carefully and follow the instructions above to mail your application.
Non-Taiwan Players:
Please click the "Non-Taiwan Players" button to enter the refund system.
Please read the instructions carefully, check the status of the remaining Paid Element Metals in your account, and follow the instructions for email verification.
After verification, please fill in the information requested in the system form.

Other Notes on Refund Procedures
If you hold Compensated Elemental Crystals in different areas at the same time, the system will process the application together. There is no need to submit multiple applications.
Please DO NOT delete the game application if you wish to receive a refund after the game has been discontinued; as all refund processes will be handled through the system in the game application.
In case of discrepancies, the remaining Element Metal in the account will be based on the last recorded data at the time of the server shutdown on September 27, 2023 (Wed) 12:00 (UTC+8).
The refund will be made by remittance with remittance handling fee deducted. If the remittance amount is less than the handling fee, no refund will be granted.

Players of the Japanese version please follow the instructions from the Japanese version and request your refund via the Japanese version app.
