2022/03/23 GUILD BOSS Points Issues and Compensation Announcement

Hi players!

During "GUILD BOSS Round 6" of ROCKMAN X DiVE, the following issues were found:
1. Some Guilds were not able to participate in the crusade on the third stage BOSS. The Guilds that encountered this issue will not be able to fully participate in "GUILD BOSS Round 6" and will not be able to get the points they need for rankings.
2. Some of the characters that should have received damage bonuses did not gain the damage bonuses they should have received.

We will compensate for the impact of these abnormal issues as follows:

1. After checking the data, we will compile a list of Guilds that are unable to carry out the third stage of the Boss crusade, and will send the first-rank rewards to all members of the Guilds in the list. Reward content: Element Metal (Non- paid) *1000, Special Gift Box *30, Universal Star Up Card III *1, Hell Sigma Card *5, and the title "1st Place in GUILD BOSS Round 6" (Please note: Players that quit their respective GUILDS during GUILD BOSS Round 6 will not be able to receive the above rewards.)
2. Considering that players may be affected by Issues 1 & 2, affecting the ability to fully participate in the event "GUILD BOSS CRUSADE", the ROCKMAN X DiVE development team decided that as long as a player has participated in at least one battle during the "GUILD BOSS Round 6" event during the period, and left a contribution record, the player is deemed to have fully participated in the event "GUILD BOSS CRUSADE", and will receive the full event rewards: Element Metal (Non- paid) *250, Character Patch Program *100, Weapon Patch Program *200.

Notes:
* The eligibility time for compensation is determined based on available records before 2022/03/22 22:00 (UTC+8)
* The compensation will be delivered to players before 2022/03/30 23:59 (UTC+8) at the latest.
* Please collect your compensation from "Mail", limited to one time per player.
